The Private Gym Membership

  • Our 50-member limit ensures the studio never feels crowded. Peak times (6-8 AM and 6-8 PM weekdays) may have 3-5 members present, while off-peak times often provide complete privacy. We share usage patterns to help you find your preferred training times.

  • We require 30 days written notice for cancellation with no penalties or fees. Temporary membership holds are available for travel or medical reasons (maximum 60 days per year). If you've paid in advance, unused portions are fully refunded.

  • While designed for independent trainers, beginners are welcome. We recommend starting with 2-3 personal training sessions with Clayton to establish safe exercise form and routines before transitioning to independent training. Your membership includes 2 complimentary onboarding sessions for this purpose.

  • Yes! Your membership includes 1 guest pass per month, with additional passes available at R50 each. This allows you to share the Kaizen experience with workout partners while maintaining the private studio environment.
