Clayton specializes in working with clients at every fitness level, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. The private studio environment means you can learn and progress at your own pace without any judgment or comparison to others.

  • Yes! Your needs may change as you progress, and we want your membership to adapt with you. You can upgrade or downgrade your monthly session count with 30 days' notice. Many clients start with 4 sessions per month and increase as they see results and want more frequent training.

  • We understand life happens. Missed sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice, and we offer makeup sessions within the same month when possible. For extended absences due to illness or travel, we can put your membership on hold rather than lose your paid sessions
