At Kaizen Fitness Studio, Northlands Deco Park North Riding, we believe that fitness is more than exercise, it’s a practice of continuous improvement. The word Kaizen means “change for the better,” and that’s the foundation of everything we do.
Unlike crowded commercial gyms or distracting home environments, Kaizen offers a private, goal focused fitness studio. Here, you won’t be fighting for equipment or experience gym anxiety. We provide the space, guidance, and support to train with purpose.

Clay Perring
Clay brings five years of hands on experience as a professional personal trainer. A graduate of ETA College with a Certificate in Sports Science and Marketing, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of how to motivate and connect with clients.
Clay is known for his calm, attentive, and systematic approach. Dedicated to continuous improvement, he takes the time to understand each client’s goals and designs customised fitness programs tailored to their needs. Specialising in strength and conditioning, Clay’s mission is to help people not only achieve their goals but also transform fitness into a sustainable lifestyle. Having worked in both commercial gyms and private home training settings, he recognised the value of creating a more focused, comfortable, and motivating environment one where clients feel seen, supported, and inspired.

For the fitness enthusiast. Train independently in a private, fully equipped environment without the chaos of a commercial gym.
Your membership gives you access to a calm, purpose built environment designed for focus and personal growth. With limited members, ample space, and top-tier equipment, every session feels private, comfortable, and empowering where you can train with total confidence and achieve lasting results.

Group Classes
R 99 per session
Train together, grow together. Our small group sessions are limited to a maximum of eight people, ensuring personal attention within a motivating team atmosphere. Classes run mornings and afternoons, with occasional midday or weekend options to suit every schedule.
You don’t need a membership to join, simply book a class or gather a few friends. Whether you’re new to training or thrive in a social setting, our group classes offer a comfortable, supportive environment where you can move, sweat, and experience what Kaizen Fitness is all about
The Personal Touch. Your fitness journey is unique and so is our approach. Every program is built around you: your goals, your pace, your lifestyle. From strength and transformation to rehabilitation and boxing for fitness, each plan is carefully designed to challenge without overwhelm. With private coaching, we ensure accountability, precision, and steady progress, every rep with purpose, every session a step toward lasting change.
Pricing Structure:
4 Sessions Per Month → R350 per session
